The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management across the LSBU Group Estate, including campuses at Southwark, Havering, and Croydon, as well as other locations in Lambeth and Southwark. The role involves planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets as part of estate master planning and organizational development.
This position is suitable for candidates with proven experience managing large, diverse estate operational teams and outsourced contracts. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent stakeholder engagement, team leadership, technical building services knowledge, and the ability to prioritize and deliver exceptional customer service within budget constraints.
