The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management across the LSBU Group Estate, working with outsourced facilities management providers. The role includes planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets as part of estate master planning, including campuses at Southwark, Havering, Croydon, and other LSBU Group sites in Lambeth and Southwark.
This role is suited for candidates with a proven track record managing large, diverse estate operational teams and outsourced contracts. The successful candidate will excel in prioritization, customer service, and working within budget constraints. Strong technical knowledge of building services, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership are essential.
