The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management across the LSBU estate. The role involves planning and implementing upgrades to M&E assets as part of estate master planning, covering campuses at Southwark, Havering, Croydon, and other LSBU group sites in Lambeth and Southwark.
This position requires candidates with a proven track record in managing large, diverse estate operational teams and outsourced contracts. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and providing exceptional customer service within budget constraints, supported by strong technical building services knowledge.
