The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management for the LSBU Group Estate, working with outsourced facilities management providers. The role involves planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets as part of estate master planning, across campuses in Southwark, Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, and Southwark.
This position is suitable for candidates with a proven track record of managing large, diverse estate operational teams and outsourced contracts. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge of building services, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and team leadership abilities. The role requires prioritization skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service within budget constraints.
