The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management for LSBU's estate, managed through outsourced providers. The role involves planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets as part of estate master planning, covering campuses at Southwark, Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, and Southwark.

This position is ideal for candidates with proven experience managing large, diverse estate operations and outsourced contracts. Strong technical knowledge in building services, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and customer service skills are essential.
