The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management across the LSBU Group Estate, working with outsourced facilities management providers. The role involves planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets in line with estate master planning and organizational development, covering campuses at Southwark, Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, and Southwark.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing large estates operational teams and outsourced contracts, with strong technical knowledge in building services, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. The role requires exceptional prioritization skills and customer service orientation within budget constraints.
