The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management across the LSBU Group Estate, working with outsourced facilities management providers. The role includes planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets as part of estate master planning, considering organizational development and expansion at campuses in Southwark, Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, and Southwark.
This position is suited for candidates with proven experience managing large, diverse estate operational teams and outsourced contracts. Strong technical knowledge of building services, excellent stakeholder engagement, team leadership skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively within budget are essential.
