Job summary

HH Global Group is seeking a Group FP&A Manager to support the Group Head of FP&A in delivering planning, forecasting and performance management across the Group. You will consolidate the monthly Finance updates and bi-monthly Board packs, covering cost, capex, cash flow, people-cost efficiency and bonus-related reporting.

The role works with another Group FP&A Manager to provide cross-cover and an integrated view of performance.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Strong FP&A or financial management experience in multi-entity/international org.
• Experience producing executive management reporting and Board packs.
• Strong Opex, Capex and cash-flow forecasting experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling; experience with planning/ERP/reporting/BI.
• Experience analyzing people costs and bonus accruals.
• Ability to coordinate multiple functions into a consolidated Group view.
• Ability to provide concise, evidence-based insights for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly Finance update and bi-monthly Board pack processes.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs for complete, evidenced packs.
• Own Group cash-flow variance analysis and forecasting.
• Explain relationships between profit, working capital and cash items.
• Track people-cost efficiency and system reporting.
• Provide bonus calculation support and reconciliation.
