Job summary

HH Global Group is seeking a Group FP+A Manager to lead planning, forecasting and performance management across the Group. You will consolidate the monthly Finance update and bi‑monthly Board packs, manage opex, capex, cash flow and people-cost reporting, and partner with the Group Head of FP+A to provide an integrated view of performance.

This role is hybrid, based at our London head office, and requires coordinating inputs from multiple entities, delivering clear analysis, and enabling senior

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with experience in FP&A and financial planning in complex organisations.
• Proven ability to produce executive management reporting and Board packs.
• Strong cash-flow, Opex/Capex analysis and forecasting expertise.
• Advanced Excel modelling with ERP/BI system exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly Finance update pack and bi-monthly Board packs with data collation and commentary.
• Coordinate inputs from stakeholders to ensure content is complete and ready for senior review.
• Own Opex/Capex review and explain performance, forecasts, risks and actions.
• Own Group cash-flow variance analysis, forecasting and reconciliations.
