Job summary

Pro-Recruitment Group is seeking a Group FP&A Manager in London. This permanent hybrid role supports group cash-flow modelling, monthly MI delivery, and end-to-end planning at the group level. You will enhance financial models and dashboards, collaborating across international structures.

The ideal candidate is CCAB qualified or a finalist with strong Excel, reporting, and SAP skills, and has experience coordinating annual planning and reporting in a multi-cultural organisation.

Qualifications

• CCAB qualification or finalist status.
• Strong FP&A experience at group level.
• Excellent cash-flow modelling and reporting experience.
• Experience coordinating annual planning and reporting.
• Variance analysis at group level.
• Ability to consolidate budgets, forecasts, and annual plans at group level.
• Experience in international and multi-cultural organisations.
• Strong Excel, report writing and presentation skills; SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Group FP&A Manager with maintenance and enhancement of group cash-flow models and reporting
• Delivery of group-level MI, planning and forecasting
• Production of high-quality financial reporting, Flash results, monthly MI, quarterly business reviews, and insight-led analysis to support decision-making
• Variance analysis and performance reviews across Group, consolidating information from Regions and Business Units
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and clarity of information across month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting
• Partner the Centre of Excellence to develop and enhance financial models, dashboards and reporting in Anaplan
• Drive the standardisation of planning and forecasting processes
