Job summary

Pro‑Recruitment Group is recruiting a Senior Group FP&A Manager for a large international organisation. You will lead end-to-end monthly MI, consolidation of budgets and forecasts, and provide insight-led analysis for board-level decision making.

You will mentor the FP&A team, collaborate with regional units, and drive Anaplan design and rollout across the organisation. A qualified accountant with multi-currency experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with proven Group-level FP&A experience including MI reporting.
• Experience managing the annual planning and reporting calendar.
• Ability to build budgets, forecasts, and annual plans at Group level.
• Annual planning and consolidated reporting at Group-level.
• International, FX, and multi-currency experience.
• Financial modelling and advanced Excel.
• Shared Services or Centre of Excellence experience.
• Anaplan and SAP experience would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end monthly MI delivery including P&L, cash flow and KPI reporting.
• Oversee annual budget consolidation, Long Range Plan and reforecasts.
• Monitor group liquidity and prepare papers for Board and executives.
• Produce variance analysis and support executive decision-making.
• Support long-range planning, scenario modelling and ad-hoc analysis.
• Collaborate with the CoE to build financial models and dashboards.
• Mentor the FP&A Analyst and coordinate global FP&A activity.
• Drive Anaplan design and rollout with the Centre of Excellence.
