A leading international education organization is seeking a Group Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting and audits. In the role of Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for leading the Group’s financial and statutory reporting processes, including the preparation and consolidation of group and subsidiary accounts under IFRS. You’ll also take ownership of coordinating year-end and ad-hoc audits—ensuring we meet the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and governance as we continue to scale.
We’re looking for a technically excellent Qualified Accountant with at least eight years’ experience in complex, high-pressure environments. But technical skill alone isn’t enough—you’ll need the confidence, credibility, and leadership to influence at senior levels, drive change, and thrive in a dynamic, ever-shifting landscape.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Group Head of FP&A, Group Head of Tax, Head of Corporate Finance & Treasury, and Head of Finance Transformation, as well as Regional Finance Managers. You’ll also partner with our Risk, Internal Audit, and Legal teams to strengthen our internal controls and support robust, compliant operations worldwide.
