Job Description:

We are delighted to be supporting an international business c100m t/o as they seek an experienced Interim Group Financial Controller to join them on a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC). This is a broad and pivotal role, supporting the CFO with both business-as-usual activities and the company’s exciting growth and acquisition plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Group financial control and external reporting
• Support group-wide projects, including the integration of new acquisitions into the business and finance team
• Responsible for FP&A activities to include cash forecasting twice a month
• Liaise with the Board and divisional management to ensure optimal financial performance
• Lead and develop a small Group finance team

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified accountant with a strong academic background
• Proven experience as Group Financial Controller or Group Reporting Manger within an international SME
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple, diverse stakeholders
• Strong technical knowledge, with experience reporting under IFRS essential
