Interim Group Financial Controller (AR56004)

We are supporting an international business with a turnover of c100m in their search for an experienced Interim Group Financial Controller for a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC). This pivotal role involves supporting the CFO with business-as-usual activities, as well as the company's growth and acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead group financial control and external reporting.
2. Support group-wide projects, including integrating new acquisitions into the business and finance team.
3. Manage FP&A activities, including cash forecasting twice a month.
4. Liaise with the Board and divisional management to optimize financial performance.
5. Lead and develop a small group finance team.

Candidate Profile:

1. Qualified accountant with a strong academic background.
2. Proven experience as a Group Financial Controller or Group Reporting Manager within an international SME.
3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
4. Strong technical knowledge, with experience reporting under IFRS.
