  • Oversee room block allocations, seating plans, meeting room setups, menu selections, and event-specific requirements.
  • Accurately maintain all booking information, contracts, and communications in the hotel’s event management systems.
  • Track event revenue, manage billing schedules, and follow up on deposits and final payments.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel booking systems; experience with Guest line is preferred.
The Benefits
  • 28 Days holiday
  • Extra days holiday for your birthday
  • Free meals on shift
  • Free gym access on-site
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Exclusive employee discounts on accommodation, attractions & dining across the THC Group.
Working Schedule
  • Full-time
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Luxury | History | England

Set in 3 acres of gardens on a spur dividing the 2 sandy beaches of Paignton and Preston, this traditional seafront hotel was built in 1856. It’s a 6-minute walk from Paignton Pier and 3 miles from Torquay. This traditional, iconic property provides a great base for exploring the English Riviera and the Jurassic Coast.

The Redcliffe has 70 ensuite rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness suite, and 2 seaside restaurants. The hotel features direct access to the beach via a tunnel. An extensive redevelopment programme is underway to transform The Redcliffe into an opulent and luxurious place to stay.
