An educational group in the UK is seeking a part-time Group Administrator to provide administrative support and contribute to excellent customer service. The role involves data entry, communication, and client liaising. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office. This permanent position is based at our Oxford College, requiring 20 hours of work during term time.
You will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to internal clients within the Activate Learning Group and contributing towards excellent customer service. This will include general administrative tasks, data input into systems, sending communications and liaising with internal and external customers.
This is a permanent, part‑time position (FTE 0.46), working 20 hours per week during term time, based on‑site at our Oxford College.
The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, literate, and have excellent attention to detail. You will be competent in the use of IT to support the business processes - for example, MS Office, especially Word, Google Docs and MS 365 is essential.
