Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a site Groundworker to support general groundworks, laying foundations, kerbs, slabs, and drainage on a busy civil engineering site in the region.

Ideally you hold a CSCS card, show a strong work ethic and teamwork, and be approachable to act as a point of contact when working in a standalone role under the site manager's directions.

You will arrive on time, follow safety rules, and complete duties as required by the site manager to help keep the project on track.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Groundworker position
• CSCS Card held
• Strong work ethic and team player
• Willing to be a point of contact when working in a standalone role

• General Groundworks, site preparation and trenching
• Laying Foundations and Kerbs, Slabs, and Tactiles
• Internal and External Drainage installation
• Work safely and cooperatively with on-site team

The role:

As the site Groundworker you will be responsible for

• General Groundworks
• Laying Foundations
• Laying Kerbs, Slabs and Tactiles
• Internal and External Drainage

About you:

Ideally you will have previous working experience in a groundworks position.

You will be conscious of health and safety on site and will be weary of others who are working alongside of you.

You will arrive on time, finish your shift at the times allocated by the site manager and complete additional duties as and when the site manager requires.
