Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a reliable Groundworker to join a busy civil engineering project in the Romsey area. You will perform general groundworks, digging, drainage and ducting, assist plant operators, and help keep the site tidy and compliant with health and safety standards.

This role offers long-term work with an immediate start, on a major civils project. A strong work ethic and attendance record are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Groundworks experience or Labouring background is required.
• CSCS Card is essential.
• EUSR water hygiene is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general groundworks and digging tasks.
• Assist plant operators and support site team with daily tasks.
• Maintain site tidiness and safety throughout the shift.
