Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Waterlooville is seeking a site Groundworker to support civil engineering and infrastructure projects. You will perform general groundworks and assist with foundational laying on active sites.

The role emphasises adherence to health and safety, punctuality, and collaboration with on-site teams; flexibility to take on additional duties as directed by the site manager.

• Previous experience in a Groundworker position.
• CSCS Card required.
• Strong team ethic and reliability on site.
• Be approachable and able to act as a point of contact when working standalone.

The role:

As the site Groundworker you will be responsible for

• General Groundworks


• Laying Foundations


• Laying Kerbs, Slabs and Tactiles


• Internal and External Drainage

About you:

Ideally you will have previous working experience in a groundworks position.

You will be conscious of health and safety on site and will be weary of others who are working alongside of you.

You will arrive on time, finish your shift at the times allocated by the site manager and complete additional duties as and when the site manager requires.

To be successful in your application for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
