Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is recruiting a site Groundworker to join our civil engineering team in the UK. You will perform general groundworks, lay foundations, kerbs, slabs and tactile paving, and manage drainage works on active sites.

The ideal candidate will have prior groundworks experience, hold a CSCS Card, work well in a team, arrive on time and follow site health and safety requirements. You may also act as a point of contact when working standalone.

The role:

As the site Groundworker you will be responsible for

• General Groundworks
• Laying Foundations
• Laying Kerbs, Slabs and Tactiles
• Internal and External Drainage

About you:

Ideally you will have previous working experience in a groundworks position.

You will be conscious of health and safety on site and will be weary of others who are working alongside of you.

You will arrive on time, finish your shift at the times allocated by the site manager and complete additional duties as and when the site manager requires.
