Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Shaftesbury is seeking a site Groundworker to perform general groundworks, foundations, kerbs, slabs and drainage on a Civil Engineering project. You will work under the site manager, prioritising safety and timely completion.

Ideal candidates will have prior groundworking experience, hold a CSCS card, and demonstrate a collaborative mindset; reliability, punctuality, and the ability to act as a point of contact when working in a standalone position are essential.

The role:

As the site Groundworker you will be responsible for

• General Groundworks
• Laying Foundations
• Laying Kerbs, Slabs and Tactiles
• Internal and External Drainage

About you:

Ideally you will have previous working experience in a groundworks position.

You will be conscious of health and safety on site and will be weary of others who are working alongside of you.

You will arrive on time, finish your shift at the times allocated by the site manager and complete additional duties as and when the site manager requires.
