Job summary

SEED Environmental is recruiting General Operatives / Groundworkers to join the CTSL team on projects across Bathgate, Rhyl and Preston, with nationwide travel. No experience required as full training is provided; the role involves hand digging, remediation support and building trades progression.

Applicants should be physically capable, reliable and willing to stay away from home. A DBS check is required to proceed with the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of manual outdoor work.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away from home when required.
• No previous experience required; full training will be provided.
• DBS check is required and funded by the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out hand digging and excavation works on site.
• Support remediation, reinstatement and property repair projects.
• Assist site teams with general labouring and groundworks.
• Load, unload and move materials safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Travel nationwide to project sites and work away from home when required.
• Keep accurate timesheets and basic job records.
