Job summary

Seed Environmental is recruiting a General Operative / Groundworker to join its CTSL team with nationwide travel, based at Bathgate, Rhyl or Preston. The role involves hand digging and supporting remediation and reinstatement projects across UK sites.

No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. You will work on site-based projects nationwide, demonstrating a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away from home.

Responsibilities

• Carry out hand digging and excavation works on site.
• Support remediation, reinstatement and property repair projects.
• Assist site teams with general labouring and groundworks activities.
• Load, unload and move materials, equipment and tools safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Travel nationwide to project sites and work away from home when required.
