Job summary

SEED Environmental is seeking General Operatives / Groundworkers to join the CTSL team in Bathgate, Rhyl and Preston, working on nationwide projects.

No experience required as full training will be provided. The role involves hand digging, remediation support and site labour across UK sites, with travel and potential to stay away from home. A positive attitude, reliability and physical capability are essential.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of carrying out manual outdoor work.
• No experience required; full training provided.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away from home when required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out hand digging and excavation works as required on site
• Support remediation, reinstatement and property repair projects
• Assist site teams with general labouring and groundworks activities
• Load, unload and move materials, equipment and tools safely
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment
• Work as part of a team to deliver projects safely and efficiently
• Follow health and safety procedures, including the use of PPE
• Travel nationwide to project sites and work away from home when required
• Keep accurate timesheets and basic job records
