Job summary

SEED Environmental is seeking General Operatives / Groundworkers to join the CTSL team on nationwide projects. The role involves hand digging and supporting remediation and reinstatement tasks across the UK. Training is provided, and a positive attitude plus physical capability are essential.

You'll work site-based in Bathgate, Rhyl or Preston with travel and lodging arrangements as needed, with a focus on safety and teamwork. Full training and career progression are available.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Must be able to travel nationwide and stay away from home when required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• DBS check will be arranged and paid for by the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out hand digging and excavation works as required on site
• Support remediation, reinstatement and property repair projects
• Assist site teams with general labouring and groundworks activities
• Load, unload and move materials, equipment and tools safely
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment
• Work as part of a team to deliver projects safely and efficiently
• Follow health and safety procedures, including the use of PPE
• Travel nationwide to project sites and work away from home when required
• Keep accurate timesheets and basic job records
