Job summary

SEED Environmental Limited is seeking General Operatives / Groundworkers to join the CTSL team in Bathgate, Rhyl and Preston, with nationwide travel to project sites. No experience is required as full training will be provided.

The role focuses on hand digging and supporting remediation and reinstatement projects across the UK. The successful candidates should be ready for manual outdoor work, possess a positive attitude, and be willing to learn and develop skills in building trades within a

Responsibilities

• Carry out hand digging and excavation works on site.
• Support remediation, reinstatement and property repair projects.
• Assist site teams with general labouring and groundworks activities.
• Load, unload and move materials, equipment and tools safely.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Travel nationwide to project sites and work away from home when required.
• Keep accurate timesheets and basic job records.
