Job summary

SEED Environmental is seeking General Operatives / Groundworkers to join the CTSL team, with roles in Bathgate, Rhyl and Preston on nationwide projects. You will mainly perform hand digging and support remediation and reinstatement work across UK sites.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided. Applicants should have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, a driving licence, and be willing to travel and stay away from home when needed; a DBS check is required and arranged by

Qualifications

• No previous experience required and full training will be provided.
• Must have a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel nationwide.
• DBS check is required for these positions and will be arranged and paid for by the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out hand digging and excavation works on site.
• Support remediation, reinstatement and property repair projects.
• Assist site teams with general labouring and groundworks activities.
• Load, unload and move materials, equipment and tools safely.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Work as part of a team to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
• Follow health and safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
• Travel nationwide to project sites and stay away from home when required.
• Keep accurate timesheets and basic job records.
