Job summary

SEED Environmental is seeking General Operatives / Groundworkers to join the CTSL team on Bathgate, Rhyl and Preston projects with nationwide travel. The role focuses on hand digging and supporting remediation and rebuild work across UK sites.

No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. We value a positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliability and the ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Must be able to travel nationwide and stay away from home when required.
• Right to work in the UK and a DBS check will be arranged by the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out hand digging and excavation works on site
• Support remediation, reinstatement and property repair projects
• Assist site teams with general labouring and groundworks activities
• Load, unload and move materials, equipment and tools safely
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment
• Travel nationwide to project sites and work away from home when required
• Keep accurate timesheets and basic job records
