Job summary

SEED Environmental is seeking General Operatives / Groundworkers to join our CTSL team on nationwide projects. The role is site-based with travel, and no experience is required as full training will be provided.

You should have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and the physical capability to undertake manual outdoor work. This role involves hand digging, supporting remediation and reinstatement projects, and groundworks across various sites in the UK.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and physical capability for manual outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out hand digging and excavation works as required on site
• Support remediation, reinstatement and property repair projects
• Assist site teams with general labouring and groundworks activities
• Load, unload and move materials, equipment and tools safely
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment
• Work as part of a team to deliver projects safely and efficiently
• Follow health and safety procedures, including the use of PPE
• Travel nationwide to project sites and work away from home when required
• Keep accurate timesheets and basic job records
