Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Associate/Technical Director to lead groundwater and water resources projects within the Catchment Science team of Sustainable Water Management Consulting.

You will shape the groundwater capability, mentor junior hydrogeologists, and help define scopes, approaches and training to enable five-year succession planning.

Join a globally connected practice working on high-profile national projects and influence technical direction across disciplines.

Qualifications

Strong experience in groundwater and water environment assessment including modelling, EIA and site investigation.
Strong understanding of UK hydrogeology and regulatory framework for water management.
Proven ability to lead projects from inception to delivery with financial and programme management.

Responsibilities

Lead major groundwater and water resources projects from inception to delivery.
Develop training and growth plans; mentor junior hydrogeologists.
Define scopes and approaches; collaborate with senior leaders across disciplines.
