Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Associate/ Technical Director to lead a range of groundwater and water resources projects within the Catchment Science team. You will mentor hydrogeologists, guide technical directions, and contribute to the growth of our sustainable water management consulting portfolio across the UK.

We offer opportunities to work on landmark projects globally, with a strong focus on development, leadership, and client relationships, within a flexible hybrid working

Qualifications

• Strong experience in groundwater and water environment assessment, including modelling, EIA, WFD, conceptualisation and site investigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead major groundwater and water resources projects from inception to delivery.
• Shape the future of groundwater capability within the team and drive capability growth.
• Influence the technical direction of a national team and collaborate with senior leaders.
• Prepare high-quality proposals and help secure new work and repeat business.
• Collaborate across disciplines and with international WSP colleagues to deliver integrated outcomes.
