Job summary

Haven is seeking a proactive Grounds & Siting Manager to lead a facilities team at our park. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of grounds quality and caravan siting while driving guest satisfaction and safety.

In this role, you’ll manage budgets, resources, and staff performance, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk mitigation. The position requires a hands-on leader committed to excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roles such as Head Groundsman, Garden & Grounds Manager, or a similar leadership position within facilities or maintenance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
