Job summary

Haven is seeking a Grounds & Siting Manager to lead a dynamic facilities team, driving excellent grounds maintenance and caravan siting activities. You’ll manage performance, train staff, and ensure safety and policy compliance while delivering an outstanding guest experience across our park.

You'll be hands-on with performance, offering feedback to help your team grow, tackling any challenges, and supporting their development. Managing resources like budgets and tools will be key to keeping things running smoothly. You'll be the driving force behind exceptional grounds maintenance and caravan siting activity, continuously improving our operations, and solving any issues that pop up.
