Manpower UK is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative in Dungannon, Northern Ireland. The role involves grass cutting with ride-on and pedestrian mowers, pruning, weeding and general grounds upkeep to maintain client properties and green spaces.

Working hours are typically 07:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with 40 hours annually, and seasonal adjustments to 45 hours per week in peak periods. A full UK driving licence and trailer towing ability are preferred.

Grounds Maintenance Operative

Hourly Rate: £13.03 p/h
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
Working Hours: Mon-Fri between 07:00-17:00, 40 hours annualised (45 hours per week in season, 35 hours in winter period)

About the role

We currently require a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Dungannon. You will keep several local grounds in a wonderful condition for our clients through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties.

Requirements

• Previous Grounds Maintenance working experience.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable with a can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
• A full valid UK driving licence & B+E (towing trailers)
• PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential
