Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative for Templepatrick, Northern Ireland. The role involves maintaining local grounds through grass cutting, strimming, pruning, weeding, and litter picking, with additional horticultural duties as required.

The position is permanent, full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule and seasonal hours. The successful candidate will have grounds maintenance experience, be physically fit, and hold a valid UK driving licence with towing entitlement; PA1/PA6

Qualifications

• Previous grounds maintenance experience.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable with a can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
• Full valid UK driving licence & B+E (towing trailers).
• PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential.

• Maintain local grounds in good condition through grass cutting (ride-on and pedestrian mower), strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, and litter picking.

Grounds Maintenance Operative – Templepatrick, Northern Ireland

Hourly Rate: £12.71-£13.03 • Contract Type: Permanent, full-time • Working Hours: Mon–Fri 07:00–17:00; 40 hours annualised (45 hours per week in season, 35 hours in winter period)

• Perform other related horticultural duties as required.
