Job description

Manpower UK seeks a Ground Maintenance Operative in Taunton on a permanent, full-time basis. Working Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 16:00, the postholder tends several local grounds, carrying out grass cutting with ride-on and pedestrian mowers, strimming, pruning, weeding, and shrub and border upkeep, alongside litter collection and related horticultural tasks. Candidates should have prior grounds maintenance experience, be physically fit, and be comfortable working outdoors in all weather. Reliability and a positive outlook are essential. The rate is up to £12.71 per hour. This permanent position suits someone keen to build practical skills within a supportive setting. We currently require a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Taunton. You will keep several local grounds in a wonderful condition for our clients through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties.
