Job summary

Manpower UK Ltd in High Wycombe is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. You will keep several local grounds in excellent condition through mowing, strimming, pruning and general garden upkeep.

Working Mon-Fri, 7:00-16:30, this perm role offers development opportunities in a supportive environment with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous Grounds Maintenance experience.
• Full valid UK driving licence.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Reliable with a can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
• PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Grass cutting using ride-on and pedestrian mowers.
• Strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance.
• Litter picking and related horticultural duties.
• Maintain grounds to high standards and support clients.

Hourly Rate: £12.71 p/h

About the role

We currently require a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in High Wycombe. You will keep several local grounds in a wonderful condition for our clients through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties.

Requirements

• Previous Grounds Maintenance working experience.
• A full valid UK driving licence is essential.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
