Job summary

Compass Associates are recruiting a Registered Manager to launch a brand-new home care service across Glasgow West. You will build the service from the ground up, recruiting your team, developing a local client base and shaping culture from day one.

The role emphasizes supporting and retaining care teams, delivering quality visits and continuity of care, with autonomy to grow the service while backed by a national provider.

Qualifications

• Management experience within domiciliary / home care.
• Strong knowledge of Care Inspectorate requirements.
• Experience recruiting, developing and retaining care teams.
• Good understanding of quality, compliance and operational delivery.
• Commercial awareness supporting service growth.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, families and local stakeholders.
• Relevant qualifications to meet SSSC registration requirements, or willingness to work towards these.
