Outreach Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Deputy or Registered Manager to lead a new domiciliary care startup in Derby. You will build and shape a high-quality home care service from the ground up, developing a strong team culture and ensuring safe, person-centred care for clients.

This hands-on leadership role requires knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering high-quality care while driving growth and service

Qualifications

• Experience as Deputy or Registered Manager or ready to take the next step as a care leader.
• Experience in domiciliary/home care or a regulated care environment.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Confident and supportive leadership with clear communication.
• Passionate about delivering person-centred, high-quality care.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
• Ambitious about building a new care business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care service.
• Ensure the service meets all CQC, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Recruit, train, support and develop a high-performing care team.
• Maintain excellent standards of care, safeguarding and quality assurance.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, professionals and local stakeholders.
• Oversee care plans, risk assessments, audits and service improvements.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure supervision and training.
• Help grow the business while maintaining quality and client outcomes.
