Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in operations coordination, travel management, logistics, project administration, or a similar role.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience arranging complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and last-minute changes.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ground Operations: coordinating and planning company operations including route planning, travel arrangements, and invoicing.
• Engineering Travel Coordination: coordinating flights, accommodation, visas, and travel requirements for engineers.
• Responding to telephone and email enquiries; on-call duties in evenings, weekends, and holidays.
