Capilaux Aero is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our aviation logistics team near Heathrow. You will coordinate air, road and multimodal shipments, manage documentation and ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous aviation or aerospace logistics experience
• Freight forwarding or logistics operations experience
• Exposure to airfreight, road freight, courier or multimodal transport
• Experience with BoxTop (advantageous but not essential)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A stable employment history with good tenure
• A flexible approach to working hours and operational requirements

Responsibilities
