Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle urgent AOG enquiries with rapid response.
• Coordinate with suppliers for immediate availability.
• Arrange priority global shipments.
• Maintain real-time communication with operators and MRO teams.
• Ensure compliance documentation is accurate and complete.
• Track shipments and provide status updates.

Skills

Experience in road freight operations or logistics

Strong understanding of transport regulations

Proficiency in logistics software and GPS tracking tools

Ability to remain calm under pressure

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
