Job summary

Whitbread's Farnborough West Premier Inn is looking for a Ground Floor Team Member on a permanent basis, working 24 hours per week. You’ll greet guests, assist with check-in, and help with breakfast or dinner while keeping the lobby and public areas neat and welcoming.

No hotel experience is required, and you’ll be supported with training. If you’re friendly, enjoy helping people, and stay calm when it’s busy, we’ll teach you the rest. Shifts include evenings and weekends.

• Friendly and able to stay calm when busy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.
• Support teammates across the hotel when it gets busy.
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
