Job summary

Premier Inn Bedford South is part of Whitbread PLC. The Ground Floor Team Member role involves welcoming guests, checking them in, serving breakfast or dinner, and helping guests have a smooth stay at the Bedford property on the A421.

Shifts are varied and include evenings, weekends and busy periods. Previous hotel experience isn’t required; friendly, calm staff who enjoy helping people will be trained for all duties across reception and restaurant areas.

Qualifications

• No prior hotel experience required.
• Friendly and calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep the reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
