Whitbread PLC’s Premier Inn in Oxford Kidlington is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, help them check in, serve breakfast or dinner, and keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.

Shifts include evenings and weekends; 10 guaranteed hours per week; permanent contract with full training and support from day one. No hotel experience required—friendly, calm team players who enjoy helping people will fit in and have opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
