Job summary

Premier Inn in Christchurch/Highcliffe is looking for a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, help with check-in and assist with breakfast or dinner to ensure every stay goes smoothly.

Every shift is different: you might welcome a family, recommend a local restaurant, or help solve a guest’s problem while keeping the reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and welcoming. We will train you from day one and offer opportunities to learn new skills and progress within Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
