Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner and bar service, including alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.
• Support teammates during busy times.
• Make sure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
