Premier Inn in Birmingham NEC is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in and serve breakfast or dinner. You’ll help solve problems, answer questions, and keep the hotel’s public areas tidy.

This full-time role offers stability with a permanent contract, 25 guaranteed hours weekly, and opportunities to work evenings and weekends while you build experience in hospitality. Training is provided and guests’ stays run smoothly with your support.

Qualifications
