Job summary

Premier Inn Belfast City Centre on Alfred Street is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, help with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner, and keep public areas tidy as part of a busy hotel team.

No hotel experience required; we’ll train you. You’ll work evenings and weekends with 24 guaranteed hours. Permanent contract and benefits on offer to support your development in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful attitude.
• Able to stay calm in busy periods.
• Willing to learn and adapt.
• Good numeracy and communication skills for guest check-in and service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including bar service.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and presentable.
• Support teammates during busy periods.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
