Job summary

Vinarchy Wines, part of Smollan, is looking for a Sales Executive to represent leading wine brands across major UK grocers. You will own your territory, build strong store relationships, and use sales data to grow availability and visibility of brands like Jacob's Creek, Hardys, Campo Viejo and Jam Shed.

Full time, permanent role with £28,000 salary plus up to 10% bonus and a company car. Based in Eastbourne with territory including Portsmouth, Southampton and surrounds, you will drive

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery/multiple retail environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working with sales data to spot opportunities.
• Commercial mindset with targets-driven approach.
• Able to work independently and manage a territory.
• Organised, proactive in a fast-paced field role.
• Experience in FMCG/drinks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with store managers and key decision makers.
• Drive sales, availability and visibility of Vinarchy brands.
• Use data to identify opportunities and prioritise activity.
• Secure displays, promotional space and secondary sitings.
• Ensure promotions are implemented effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve distribution and availability.
• Share category, product and performance insights with retailers.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide territory insights.
• Plan and manage your territory to maximise results.
• Collaborate with the wider team and share successes.
